Cask conditioned from Ginger Man Boll Street Dallas. It is delicious. Totally just what I needed after this long day. Amber in color, at least under the lights in Ginger Man. Smells like beer should. Hints of spiciness in the nose. Taste divine. Almost a touch of farmhouse style in it. Finish is spot on no bad lingering after flavors. It's really good. Dang good. Maybe even great. Feels the palate with delicianables (heard this term on a BBQ Commercial). Fantastic cask ale.

This is an unfiltered, cask conditioned beer based on Rahr's regular Oktoberfest.
Cask at the Flying Saucer at The Lake. The beer pours a dark, hazy amber color with a huge tan head. The aroma is full of toffee and nuts with some grass and biscuit. The flavor is also very nutty with a ton of cocoa, caramel and toffee. The beer is much more flavorful then the regular Oktoberfest from Rahr. Full mouthfeel and low carbonation.
