Brewed especially for the Johns Hopkins Department of Art as applied to medicine centennial celebration.
Enjoyed this 750ml bottle out of a large snifter glass with my dad on Thanksgiving.
A: Pours a clear copper hue with a one-finger white head that quickly dissipates into a wispy lace, leaving a partial trail down the glass.
S: Spicy musty malt aroma followed by some sweetness and mild hops. Hints of citrus in the background.
T: Slightly sweet and slightly bitter flavor. Alcohol is blended in nicely with malt and end with a dry clean finish.
M: Medium body and minimal carbonation.
O: Decent Belgian pale ale. Easily drinkable and enjoyable.
