The flavor delivers more of that caramel, both golden and a bit darker, as well as the light apple note found in the aroma. A median bitterness balances it and it finishes clean and dry with some short lingering caramel. It's medium to medium-light in body, and remarkably smooth with a fine-bubbled, restrained carbonation.
