Pours a deep mahogany color with a tan head and big thick juicy head that leaves sheets of uneven lace on the glass.
Aroma of caramel, rye, wheat bread and some darker fruits.
Flavor of caramel and light, spciy rye with some figs and dates fruity hop and yeast notes.
Mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Malted front, slight roasted hints in the middle and a subtle crepping bitterness accentuated by a relatively sharp biter finish.
Drainkability is vey high. Another excellent local.
