Our lightest offering. A crisp refreshing ale with a floral aroma complimented by subtle malt biscuit undertones.

Very light, pale straw color. In the aroma, a little tanginess. Smooth, off-dry, light toasted malt, initial flavor. Light in body and flavor.

On tap at brewpub. This was poured into a 10 oz. pint glass. The appearance was a semi-hazy golden color with a slim finger’s worth of white foaminess. It dissipated nicely, leaving some speckled rings here and there. The smell had a light sweet corn with a balanced grassiness to balance. The taste was mainly sweet again - combined sweet grassy to corn. A light sweet corn aftertaste ran about with a semi-dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good sessionability about it. Low carbonation let it run really smooth on my tongue. Overall, I say this was a pretty good American Golden ale that I would have again.

A: Had this on tap at the MBC. Pours a golden color, good sized frothy white head, good lace
S: Nice malt smell for something so light bodied, also has a faint hop scent
T: Good balance. Fruity, nice maltiness with slight hop aftertaste.
M: Carbonation is perfect, very easy to drink
D: Not one of my favorite styles of beer but this one is very tasty, would for sure get this again. Yet another awesome beer from MBC.

06/20/05- On tap via sampler at the Montana Brewing Co. in Billings, MT.
Presentation- Two samplers in 4oz glasses.
Appearance- Blonde coloring, small head and good lacing.
Smell- Small hop scent and that's about all.
Taste- Bitter hops come through the most. Maybe a slim bit of malt.
Mouthfeel- Ultra ultra creamy. Slightly watery and very smooth. Low carbonation.
Drinkability- This brew is just worth trying because it is so easy to drink. One of the smoothest brews I have had with a decent flavor.
