A 2", flat/bumpy cream-colored head. Nice, foamy swoops of lacing. Slightly hazy, bright yellow beer saturated with fine carbonation. Turns cloudy banana-colored with yeast pour. Metal, lemon and sweet corn in the nose. Tingly lemon in the sourish front. Lemony, foamy, a little buttery through the middle. Sour finish, slightly bitter. There's almost a little bitter cheese taste at the end. Well, not very good. I'd say it's more a mediocre witbier than a hefe. No phenols. Just sour lemon. No extra oomph with yeast pour.
