Bottle: Poured a clear light bright yellow color ale with a small bubbly head with minimal retention and no lacing. Aroma of rose water and light grainy malt is quite interesting. Taste is also dominated by very nice floral notes originating form the rose water. Body is quite light with light carbonation. Not something I would have very often but an interesting experience.

Brewed for the Bières & bouffe du terroir festival in Kingsey Falls.
Poured from a 341ml. bottle and enjoyed with my supper, cheese fondue, caribou spread and assorted fruits.
Appearance: Pale yellow body which is quite clear with 2-3 fingers worth of foam that dissipates gradually to nothing.
Smell: Some ginger but mostly roses, petals and all. Pretty good actually.
Taste: Like what pot-pourri would taste like. I've never eaten a rose but i imagine it would taste like this. Very aromatic and different.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation but with a very clean body that gains some as it warms.
Drinkability: Surprisingly not too bad once you get used to the taste. A once in a while brew.
Overall: It lives up to its name as a rose inspired brew and i found it not too bad. Worth a try.
