I am looking for somewhere that I can pick up some bottles of Cantillion in Toronto, I was told they are pretty widely available. Any help would be great!

    Sorry, you were misinformed.
There are a couple available at one place I know of for sure, but they are to be consumed on site. No take outs. Sorry.

Don't they sell it in any Canadian gas station?

Maybe start by spelling the name properly before dropping in with the "I come to loot your precious" attitude?

There are lots of avenues to get some.
Belgiuminabox, or Etre Gourmet (or something like that).

Sure its pricey to ship, but a lot cheaper than a trip to Toronto (assuming you would be staying downtown). Unless you were already going there.

A few more hours west and you will still find Gueuze, Kriek and Iris.

I'm going to AB next week.
What is the usual shelf stocking times? Every few weeks? Months? Every other week?
Since the shelves seem to be emptying out now I am crossing my fingers that they are a week from now.

I'm not even dead set on Loons. 3F or De Cam, or whomever. I'm easy.

Lived in Calgary up to 2012. I'm back in town visiting family right now. Man, Cantillon is not as plentiful as it used to be here. The only place that had any was Zyn, with Kriek, Grand Cru and Iris, if I recall correctly. Mind you, I haven't been to a couple of the better CO-OP's in town or Oak and Vine.

We had plenty of stock, Jay, it's just that we got raided by some traders/drinkers from Manitoba & Saskatchewan as soon as they hit the shelves. My local store was cleared out within 30 minutes of stock hitting the shelves. Locals got sod all; not cool!!!!

This site will help people find stuff in Alberta....

    http://www.liquorconnect.com/Pages/default.aspx

The Kensington Co-op won't pop up because we ordered through our Kingsland location before we opened, the five I listed are on the shelf at the Kensington Co-op as of 2pm 26/6/14

Liquorconnect is only good for general listed items though, isn't it? Any allocated products, which most high end, low stocks beers/wines are, won't be on the site. And it's not always reliable as to what is in stock NOW. It's good as a rough guide.

True, it’s just a guide; it will give people a starting point and save them from calling places that never ordered something though. I have seen allocated products in the past but not always, the Liquor Guide works in mysterious ways.
