Love the label. Don't think I've tried it yet.

 

I haven't tried it either. Hopefully I can find a hookup.

 

If you don't have a bottling line this makes sense. I wouldn't want to hand bottle 2x as many bottles if I don't have to. Which is why I keg, because I hate bottling. So I can understand why breweries without bottling lines want to use larger format bottles.

 

Can't fukin wait for YR bottles.

 

Is YR available in pony kegs? I'd like to have one in my refrigerator.

 

Yup, pretty sure they are. D&Q typically has it available, but not certain on size.

 

For those of you who have been following the score, (and the reason this thread started), Yellow Rose has finally cracked the Top 250 beers. #242 as of this post.

I've been thinking getting one of these to take with me when getting growler fills. It's disappointing that places offering growler fills don't have one already. Less than $20 to provide a better experience for both customer/employee.

 

Have we had it confirmed that bottles won't make it out of Houston?

 

That's right. Reason being that I know the routes trucks take out of the brewery.

 

Wtf is taking this so long to get to shelves. I don't get this. It was bottled and boxed two weeks (?) ago?

 

Flood rep. estimated a month from now for Central Texas - seemed like a best guess though.

 

So no word on Dallas? That's all I care about.

 

Just hoping Specs comes out with a tweet about Pirate Bomb and Yellow Rose bottles being available Monday morning at 10 am......

Is the day coming!?!??!?! I'm just speculating here, but YR bottled the 16th, hitting the truck on the 30th...what's next and will it take two more weeks!?!?!
