I talked to a distributer friend and he said inspectors closed the brewery down because someone claimed Trillium was offering full pours of beer.. I personally think it's BS.. So they have to stay closed until the investigation is complete.

 

I really appreciate it and I wish I was more excited to open it. It's not very often I see a box of all new ticks and since I have to keep up with Mr. Sprinkles that's nice. I know Amy will be happy with the brandy barrel pumpkin. Small update finally tally is around $10k terrible time of year for these shenanigans

 

So...my wife had a hard time getting this into the house, a couple inches wider and it wouldn't have fit through the door!

So @PA-Michigander texted me last night........made fun of me for being old.......commented that I should go to bed because I had to be up early for the Pizza Boy release......and then said I was nuts for my plan to be there at 5:00 am. Nice guy huh??

So I get up even earlier than I thought I would and get to Pizza Boy at 4:50........and who is three people in front of me??..... @PA-Michigander hahaha. We were probably 40ish in line.

That's awesome that yours is the 12th. I know so many July birthdays; in addition to mine, my younger son is the 26th, my little sister is the 8th, her daughter is the 12th, my best friend since I was 8 is the 16th, our next best friend (since age 12) is the 31st, my best friend from college is the 9th, and my wife is an honorary July having been born on June 27th.....

Also, I love this too much for just a simple Like to suffice.

I need to make a trip out to AZ soonish. July 12th sounds better than ever

 

Dude my alarm was set for after you planned to get there. Then I get a text at 3:45 in the freaking morning saying there's already 20-25 people in line.

To me, beer has officially jumped the shark as of this morning. However I also recognize that I'm part of the problem so I can't be upset. When I got there around 4:45 (I think?) I saw license plates from MD, NJ, and NY. Mind blown.

 

On a separate note, Pizza Boy also had a special on Sunny Side Up during the release.........$66 for a 12case of bombers! I split one with my friend. What a great price....$5.50!!!
