Mikropolis in Copenhagen kind of specializes in this. A few of my favourites that I've had there:

The Dr. Pepper (rum, cherries, black pepper, stout)
The Mandela (vodka, stout (best w/ Vanilla Shake), lightly whipped cream)
Spontanfizz (fruit lambic, vodka, and lemon)

I'm genuinely reviled by the idea but this is beer advocate after all, I suppose even a "beer cocktail" advocates for our cause versus wine, spirits etc.

Why? We're constantly asking our brewers for new flavors and ask them to be creative. We ask for our beers in wine, bourbon, gin, rum and tequila barrels. There will be really good cocktails, and bad ones, just like our beer.

I've wanted to do the stout/lambic mix for awhile now but have not yet done so. I posted this in another forum previously but I've added aged rum to the last third of a spicy pumpkin beer (Ichabod Grandall) and it was stellar. Tried it later with Southern Tier Robust Porter and it fell a bit flat

My wife likes Guinness and black currant; but I prefer my beer to taste like beer.

Chelada, you mean. Expect a cease and desist letter from A-B InBev.
(I prefer the Picante version in the 25-ounce can, by the way. Brings out the Clamato a bit more.)

Had a Bloody Christmas morning. I would suggest using the booziest tasting IPA you can find.

You're on the right track, but DeKalb is the correct answer.
