Suggestions for best German & Austrian beers?

    Ok, here is what I've tried so far (excluding those previously tried mentioned in original post)

    Ayinger Weizenbock
    Weihenstephaner Weiss
    Franziskaner Hefeweissen
    Hofbrau Original
    Schneider Aventinus Weizen-Eisbock

    I've realized I am not a fan of Weiss beer or Hefewissen, it is a little too light and fruity for me. I definitely like Maibock though surprised by the ABV at almost 8%, you barely taste any alcohol.

    Schloss Eggenberg Samiclaus is the only one you need to try. A couple of four packs a night and you'll be amazed at how your life will change.
