Trading for shelf locals has always been a thing, even if it's not obvious looking at the trade forums.

I was referring to two threads requesting readily available beers from the NW in the span of a few hours.

I am guessing Buzzfeed just released a listicle of the top 24 reasons to trade for beer in the PNW.

maybe this is an opportunity to clear out some shelf space and send our turds from elysian and 10-barrel elsewhere.

Now that we've gotten the Monday morning snarkiness out of our systems, maybe we could help OP?

Here's a fairly comprehensive list of what's available in Portland. Maybe someone on the other side of the river can provide a list for Seattle-area beers.

fremont cans... interurban and dark star
bale breaker cans... top cutter and field 41

that's the cream of the crop, i'd say. you can always get some fremont bourbon abominable if big, huge barrel-aged beers are your thing.

As I've mentioned before, I only wish a store in Seattle would do this. Would save me considerably running around.

But yeah OP, a lot of Seattle stores also have roughly 1200 unique beers in rotation. So asking for a list without any qualifier besides "noteworthy" is going to leave your responses pretty wide open to interpretation.

+1 this. The only place that comes close to this is Marina Market in Poulsbo with the caveat that their inventory reflects the fickleness/randomness which is Kitsap County distro.
