Poll #38 determined that the 60 Minute Hop charge will be both Saaz and Halleratu. This poll will determine the split between Saaz and Hallertau for the 60 minute charge. The 10 minute addition already determined will provide 9 IBUs (assuming 4% AA for both hop varieties, and assuming pellet hops). That would leave 15 IBUs for the bittering charge, to reach a total of 24 IBUs. (This is a YMMV thing... system dependent, specific alpha acid content dependent, and hop form dependent.)

The potential combinations are unique. Straight plurality wins.

For those looking ahead, the next poll will be the Buyer's Remorse poll, where you'll have a chance to choose one or more recipe features to revisit. After that, it's Water and done.

This poll will be open for 36 hours.

(For those who don't know what I'm talking about, see these threads for the first two beers we did (and the bazillion ensuing polls and the final recipes...

Sorry, forgot the fermentation temperature(s) polls, which will be between the Remorse poll and the water polls. Thanks @PortLargo for the catch.
