Went for the first time on Friday since I was in the neighborhood for a meeting. Very impressed with the beers. I snagged a bottle of the Bunny stout and the Geek Nip. Wish I lived closer!

I saw that you guys were thinking for a name for one of your beers. Might i suggest something like Astral Voyage?

@Kiazer what is the meaning behind that name? Thanks for the suggestion!

So tomorrow we will be back open at noon - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm. We will have Geek Nip IPA, A Hop And A Dream - Mosaic IPA and A Hop And A Dream - Galaxy IPA. I'm particularly excited to see folks response to this batch of Galaxy IPA. Come out if ya can!

It means an outer body experience. So i guess you could say [insert X here] is so good it gives you a above normal experience.

Stopped by today for my first trip. AHAAD Mosaic was outstanding, really dug the Galaxy also. I'm excited to see where these guys go!

I'd say the big 3 IPA guys in CT are now Beer'd, Nebco, and Steady Habit. Beer'd has the double IPAs down to a science but I've enjoyed geek nip just as much as fuzzy baby ducks and the mosaic is better than supernaut in my opinion. The Galaxy is also pretty good. I'm not even a stout fan but I left with a growler of the bunny a week or two ago. I'll continue to enjoy the short lines while I can because the word will eventually get out. My only hope is you have the draft system continue to improve but there is definitely tons of potential given the space.

tall praise, but i agree (at least re: supernaut... fuzzy baby ducks generally lives up to the hype as a perfect pale ale IMO... geek nip is excellent but i'd give the nod to FBD).

also agree about the space, it's really good. room for growth, and if the people in that area are cool with it (and i can't see why they wouldn't be, especially the package store) i could even see tables and NEBCO style party fridays and such if they want to do it. i grabbed a few bottles from the store next door last time i was there, so i can't imagine them not being up for more traffic coming their way.

steady habit really is tiny at the moment, and i hope the explosion of praise isn't adding too much pressure/stress, but they seem very intent on thinking everything out and doing it the right way. add that to genuine talent and i'm pretty confident.

@Jsanchez1 @Pahn As always, I'm humbled to hear you like what we are doing. I'm 100% confident any draft issues are behind us. I think a little pressure is good for a brewer and keeps me going. My biggest concern is just being able to make more beer so we can start doing something consistently for some of the bars. We've learned a ton in our first 3 months of business and will continue to learn and work towards our goal of growing into our space. While it's cool to be mentioned alongside Aaren, Matt/Rob and the crew, we are just stoked to try and bring some more good beer to our little state. One thing in the immediate future that will be kicking off next Friday is there will be some awesome BBQ available outside of the brewery in the lot. Scott from Backyard BBQ will be firing up his smoker and selling ribs, brisket, pulled pork, sides etc in the lot and he will have some picnic tables to sit down or you can take it to go. He's a really legit cook and most recently was cooking at the Green Mountain Inn in Stowe, Vermont. I believe he will be there from Wednesday - Saturday Noon - 8pm. I'm excited about this.

Really enjoyed the visit man. I spoke to you for a bit about some of your upcoming brews and my hope to stop frequently in the summer on the way to the shore.

Just to reiterate an earlier post, I just finished a 750 of AHAAD -- Mosaic and it absolutely slayed. Massive, massive fruity aroma with that signature Mosaic dankness that I can't get enough of. Looking forward to bringing my 2L growler to some friends next weekend to spread the love.

Keep up the great work dude! Looking forward to my next trip!

I have not been to the brewery, but had some Nummy Nummy and How Rye I Am. Nummy Nummy is good.
