    I guess it wasn't technically them, but the fact that the person who decided to be racist seemed to be a friend of theirs and that sort of derogatory remark wasn't frowned upon or the fact that it was ignored added with the rest of the things that make this bar a joke.. just added on to it I guess.

    It's really not the only reason I'd never support that place.

    I hate to bump this, but I had to. They have now changed their name to Wagner Brothers Backyard, but kept the logo. They took down their facebook page, and now have a website saying opening soon.

    But, it is like they aren't even trying to hide the copyright crap anymore.

    But, I think I am done talking about this place now....at least they got brewery out of their name.

    Drive by it every day. It looks like a used car lot and a place people living on the grid shy away from.

    So someone in my family has partial ownership in a bunch of bars/clubs in Austin and it looks like he and partners have taken it over. As far as beer I doubt there will be anything craft about it, looks like another Wierdo's (Parmer/MoPac).

    There's a place in this world for "sports bars," "bmc bars," and "douchey bars." If everything were a craft bar, where would all the 20 year olds with fake IDs go? Probably to my bar, and mess up a perfectly good weekend.

    I personally don't have a dog in that trademark or whatever claim. They can do what they want, and Warner Bros. can do what they want. Leave me out of it.

    I think it mainly comes down to them putting brewery in their name which is why it originally got posted here. Luckily, they changed their minds. Bud Light is probably cheaper to buy than it is to copy.
