So how does that work? Do companies like Warner have guys that search for this stuff or do people report it?

They said coming June 2014. I drive by that place every day and haven't noticed anything.

They probably won't be sued, but I can see a C&D in their future. If they've got the cash and willingness to test their theory that they use < 10% of the logo more power to them, but I wouldn't consider it a prudent business decision.

Usually both, but it really has to hit a certain popularity threshold before the guys looking for it will actually see it.

They posted pics 6 hours ago, looks more like a Bar/Venue than a brewery.

On the side, someone asked if they were going to brew and when.

They said yes and in the near future. I take that as they have no concept on how to brew.

If they can't spend the time to come up with a creative logo, it's hard to say how the beer will actually taste. That's a horrible logo.

Oh, and when you have signs all over the wall saying Bud Light and Michelob, I question their brewing ambitions. I can see contract brewing out of NM as their most likely route.

I didn't even notice that my first time through. That's hilarious.

Outside of blatantly ripping off WB and the piss beer neons. The venue actually looks cool.

Well, a little country, but yes, it does look nice (especially since it was all built by them).

Okay, so after closer inspection, this isn't giving me much to hope for. I would like some of those barrel seats for my back patio though.

Just wait for them to fight Warner Bros. I am sure you can get them cheap then.

Their concept is so damn confusing. Its country looking, but they have volleyball courts (cuz a lot of beer drinkers like to exercise while they drink), they claim to be a brewery, but all their neon is garbage. Its like they envision spring break happening in there every day.

And despite their assurances that they "had someone look at their logo" and "its not even 10% similar to Warner Brothers" they are going to get sued so fucking fast it will make their heads spin.

So they like to brag about being original when they're obviously ripping off their logo, and they're making racist statements online. That's classy

Yeah link just didn't work. I left them a comment, but they'll likely delete it
