Eh, ignore that stuff and use this place to your advantage. You can extract a lot of useful and helpful information here from those who visit your business.

I don't mind you guys joining in the Pittsburgh thread! We can get your beer across the boarder in Ohio (I also try to grab some stuff from you guys every now and then in Delaware when I am there visiting the in laws), so you guys aren't far off. It's not like you are a company that only distributes to Chicago or Iowa where all the good beer is made, so welcome!

I totally agree and tried to in the last thread but being honest about our struggles seemed to do more harm than good.

Well it's a new day and a new thread. Thicken your skin up and make some beers.

Green Giant at East End was good. Not mind blowing or anything but one of their better beers for sure.

They are also selling a mixed case with all their recent releases (including BA Grat, Bret Hop, etc) for around $168.

Pretty sure these are the PB BOC even though the label is just BOC (Think it's a generic #BOC label)

As I have said in the past NO ONE is harder on the beer than me.

My only suggestion is maybe you are too honest in this forum. Yes, we want honesty, but we want to believe in you the brewer are trying to make the best product you can. Hearing the brewer say he knows his product is subpar right now even though you are making it better will turn off people. We only need to know how you are going forward. Don't apologize for the past.

I hear you, man. Just keep doing your best. If you do it well, people will come.

I like primantis, In this day and age a huge $6 sandwich is a true rarity, plus the suburban locations have upped the beer to carrying a few to many craft drafts. I agree for us advocates it can leave you wanting something more adventurous or creative, but ive been there a lot in the past with few poor experiences for as many times as I've had it.

Oh, boy... Didn't mean to start a fuss about Primanti's. Maybe some day this yinzer will acquire a yinzer palate. :slight_frown:

EDIT: Checked Twitter and it looks like Andy Crouch is not a fan of Sharp Edge but enjoyed Carson St. Deli. He's 2-for-2, IMO.

Primanti's is a good time once a in awhile but is not a can't miss thing in Pittsburgh. Do the suburban locations still do the pizza beer and wings for 20$

Hello everybody, my name is Nelson and I'm a long time lurker on the Pittsburgh forum topic. I've met a few of you through my work at Voodoo Homestead and at @london1o1 bottle shares. I just recently took over as manager to Bellevue Beer and without being too much of a jagoff I wanted to let you know about Customer Apreciation Day this Saturday from 12-7pm. We will have samplings and giveaways of breweries like Oskar Blues, Victory, Left Hand, Anchor, Stone and more. I know there won't be super exclusive beers but it will be a great event for introducing great craft beer to the general public. We will also have free food(beer brats) and snacks to hand out as well. If you can stop in or let people know about the event that would be great, mention that you saw this post and are a friend of GoogsJr and I'll be sure to hook you up. Shameless plug over, I won't do this kind of thing again. If you have any questions on beer arrivals and other news in the future feel free to message me.

@wyckyd_sceptre Drinking the Peach Berliner now. Peach is subtle, not overly lactic. Nice.
