All I know is I used to pay $7.50 for a 32oz growler of Hop Hands to take to Eagles tailgates all the time. Less excited to do so at $10.50 when I can buy a great beer and double the volume for a similar price (i.e. 4 - 16oz cans).

I paid around $23 , including tax for a 32 oz of the Milkshake IPA a few months ago. I thought the beer was fantastic, and I bought it anyways, but almost 75 cents an oz is expensive for any beer in my book, and borderline outrageous for an IPA. I could be wrong, but I've been to TH 10 times or so, and remember the "expensive fills" were about the same price for a 64 oz the first couple times I visited the cafe.

I get it. They make relatively small batches of beer with premium ingredients, that are more expensive to make than your typical IPAs. Their beer is among they best anywhere, but I still think $23 for 32 ounces is nuts for anything that isn't barrel-aged.

Every 32 oz growler fill I've gotten (probably 6 or 7 different beers over the last 6 weeks) has been $10 or $10.50. I'm not saying these $20 growler fills don't exist, but yall are making it sound like that's the norm, and in my experience, it isn't.

I didn't notice this until my most recent visit in April. Milkshake (single IPA) and ROAN (a DIPA) were the only two beers I was interested in getting a fill of, and both 20 bucks not including tax. Maybe not the norm, but I assure you they exist.

The 64oz growlers didn't make it. Electrical tape and duck tape could stop the caps from bursting off.

The 32oz growlers and bottles made it

Has anyone noticed a difference between the fills at the Fermentaria vs the Brew Cafe? I didn't realize there were problems with growlers going flat until my friend from Philly told me about it. Of the two growlers I brought back, the one I had filled at the Fermentaria was still good, the Brew Cafe was flat.

Quite a remarkable collection you have there. But my 32 ounces of lambos and mansions is flat. Sad too because I really enjoyed this beer.

Lambos and Mansions smelled like straight rotting cheese to me, I was really surprised.

Can't disagree with you. Smelled like shit, wasn't too bad though. Such passion was probably my favorite on the board.

Odd, I just had it at Pizza Boy Monday and it looked, smelled and tasted great.

Agreed. Only Void aged in Coffee and Cherries was $20 for 32 oz growler, which didn't include the price of the glass or taxes. Still, it was a great coffee stout.

Lambos and Mansions was the first TH beer that I disliked. Had to work through my 4oz taster.
