Sprouted Red Rice- Anybody used it?

    I have not, but Hitachino makes a red rice ale (sorry if I'm being Mr. Obvious).

    Forgot about that one. I may have to drop the cash to give it a try.

    be careful. red rice might contain gmos and those are deadly

    The two beers i've had using red rice (haven't had the Hitachino one) were remarkably average and uninspired... But I think they were more going for the gimmick than trying to make something good, so don't let that put you off.

    Kinda why I want to try them in a cream ale, no other malt, yeast, or hop flavors to really cover them up. I'd try out a Bud clone if I had better temp control.
