Samuel smith oatmeal stout

    Who has the best kit for this? Seen recipes but not kits. I would rather try a kit version first beings I am fairly new to home brewing and don't have the knowledge yet for doing this single handed . I love oatmeal stout!

    Seems daunting but having the recipe is practically the same as the kit except that you gather the ingredients yourself. If you have a local homebrew shop you like and guys that work there you can trust, it'll be a snap. Plus you can buy stuff and know that it's probably fresher than whatever was packaged in that kits months ago.

    I haven't looked at @ssam 's recipe but to me alot of the beauty of Sam Smith's beers is the mineral quality of the water. It's something that would be very hard to reproduce....but it'll be a tasty effort trying!! :slight_smile:
