Do I need to make the same joke I made a few pages back!? FW distro in DC is insanely unpredictable. We got Helldorado and Velvet Merkin at the same time for god's sakes!

Oh no, people who don't have a residence in DC will come steal all your beers!

I know but these things change quickly. We need to know when it will hit DC because it's probably sold out in VA already.

Dominion posted that they had it 1 your ago, then 7 minutes later posted that it was gone lol.

Fwiw, I'll take Stone Xocoveza over Abraxas any day of the week, especially given the price points! 6 pack of Xocoveza is still significantly less than a bottle of Abraxas.

I 100% agree with this. Xocoveza was one of my favorite beers of 2014. But since it wasn't barrel aged and didnt require trading your left nut/ovary to get it, it wasn't as respected as abraxes.

Dominion posted on Facebook they have it as of about an hour ago. Seemed to have a number of cases.

How is that beer? The only other "smores" beer I've had was Dino Smores, and I thought it was really overrated.

These were all at Westover Market yesterday afternoon as well. As for Abraxas, CK is having an Abraxas release event on 12/7, so that may be of some help.

Weighted score of 4.46 on BA.

3.97 out of 5 and 4.17 out of 5 on untappd

I believe they only make a bourbon barrel-aged version of Biggie S'mores and that is the one that clocks in at 8%. I might be wrong. I think those two separate pages on untappd are for the same exact beer. That was the version I had at an Oktoberfest and it reminded me a lot of Bourbon GBS. It was one of the most popular beers at that Oktoberfest and one of the first beers to run out. I may have had Off Color Dino S'mores. I can't remember enough to give a good comparison. I do know that Dino S'mores is very well regarded.

It's not as thick as I would like, but the flavors are great. Definitely tastes like S'mores.

Biggie and BA Biggie are different beers. I do not know what the abv was for BA since it was so limited. I do not think either of their taprooms even tapped a keg of it when released. Only NOVA and RVA had the chance to try it at a couple festivals and tap takeovers since so little was put into barrels if mind serves me correctly. I plan to ask when I swing by today but can almost bet they transferred some into barrels and we can hopefully see more BA Biggie in a few months.

Perfect Pour, although it should be everywhere as they've had it at least since Monday.
