    Good morning, Advocates of Beer! It's been three hours since the last post in #1162, and as I'm up and enjoying breakfast - and my last day of beer for a little while - I'd be honored to start the thread today.

    An amusing (albeit cheap-looking) label for this subtly-smoked amber lager. I didn't detect any flavors that could be attributed to the smoking of any of its ingredients however. Went down nicely. Kutztown Lager.

    Happy Sunday all, but last day of this long weekend :slight_frown: Have been up early and already got the laundry done. The rest of the day will be devoted to movies, music and a few beers. First one is a '14 KBS. The coffee flavor has faded a bunch but it's still very good.

    Went to Lambicus - a completely Belgium beer bar in Barcelona. Had over 400 bottles in the store and 5 on tap. One of those on tap was Cantillon Rose de Gambrinus! Was a pleasure to drink.

    Next, he served me up a glass of St. Bernardus Christmas Ale. This was actually my first Bernardus beer, it's always been around but I've never pulled the trigger, as I'm not a huge fan of the style. But this Christmas Ale was fantastic! I'll be looking for a few bottles when I get home.

    Finally, I had a 12oz bottle of a local coffee stout at 9.5%. Pretty good! Bonus points for the awesome label.
