Anyone know if Evil Arabier is available at De Dolle? I assume this is the Arabier "reserva" atomeyes mentioned above.

Is this definitely US only then? Does anyone have any info? That would be quite frustrating as I'll be going to De Dolle in 5 weeks and the beer sounds delicious from what I've read.

There is a review at another site stating they drank the bottle at the brewery. I'll be there a couple weeks after you, enjoy!

Seems to get some mixed reviews. Hopefully I'll get to try it. Otherwise there should be Boskeun when I'm there and I haven't tried that yet either.

Seventy pallets of Evil Arabier had been sent to the US. A couple of boxes are still on the Dolle premises and are for sale.
The beer itself is very interesting and complex. Exotic fruits in the nose, and a combination of sour and bitter taste. Awesome beer !!!

Order ahead if you want to buy more than a few bottles of it. Ah, the one that turned me on to this brewery before I moved here...
To call a De Dolle beer complex is like saying... groping for an analogy... Marshawn Lynch was particularly aggressive on that run, or that Messi goal was especially good. Complex is what they do. Fantastic.

Strange that the label says 330ML...

Yeah, looks like they just slapped on the old label?

Thats not unusual to do that in Belgium. "Who cares if the label says 330ml? everybody can see its a 750ml!"

    it's worth the drink, IMO.
it ain't cheap, but i've only been offered some of a 75 cL at the brewery once.

It is indeed a great beer. I was lucky enough to acquire a case of 33cl bottles of the 2012 last year, so I should be good for a few years  It's been about six months since I last had one, but back then I felt it would definitely benefit from further aging.

the 75 cL bottles taste much different than the 33 cL bottles. remarkably different. if you had someone to share a bottle with at Kulminator, i suggest you try it. it's worth it.
the sweet spot for Oerbier reserva? probably 5 years after it's label date.
