Twin Cities Bottle Hunt - 2016 Edition

Marshall Liquor in St Paul has the Cascade line for the cheapest I've seen (plus a bunch of other fantastic stuff on their shelves). I went there after stopping at the Ale Jail, and they (the Cascades) were $23/$28, $4 less per bottle than Ale Jail.

 

If you're willing to come to the West Calhoun Minneapolis/SLP area, I saw some at MGM Calhoun the other day. Looked like 4-5 six packs left, probably still there.

 

hadnt realized it until today, but if anyone is on the hunt for Backwoods Bastard, Devine in River Falls still had three 4packs in the cooler as of earlier today.

and on another note, Apricot Vista at MGM Maple Grove.

Good question! All I know that --with the universal disapproval of Schell's Noble Star - Apricot Vista-- at least the brewery has something tasty coming down the pike for us 'boring lager' lovers.

 

Should be on the shelves pretty much every where! Where specifically are you going to be? cheers!

 

My buddy made it seem like it would be hard to find, but he doesn't know much...I'll be pretty close to Target Field.

 

Can't totally guarantee but whole foods on washington and hennepin should have it.

Lunds on Hennepin and 12th (the bottle shop is behind it, technically on Harmon Place) for sure has 2/16 four packs of Todd, I was just there earlier today.

 

When I visited Schell's over the holidays, an employee mentioned to me the return of more BA lagers a la Stag Series #9. I'm happy to see that it wasn't misinformation. Thanks for sharing!

I also hear that it's gonna be pretty un-subtle.

 

Hello, coming up to the cities today for rare beer fest. Looking for Tweak and Double Shot(if around still). Any suggestions?

Also apricot vista, hopslam, and Todd just hanging out on the shelves down here in MGM Mankato/St. peter.

 

I know where there are a few kicking around.

 

BA CA Lager - I loved this the last time. The barrel and beer had melded into one. The beer didn't overwhelm the barrel or vice-versa. Hope it works that way again. Will be ISO. It's nice when my $25/month beer budget goes beyond a single bomber.

 

Byerly SLP is out of Hopslam but has some Apricot Vista for those that still want to try it despite the feedback.

 

Apricot Vista, Tweak, Lilikoi Kepolo, plenty of Todd, 'Sue, some Light Speed, Aun Mas Todo Jesus, Hi-Res, Cascade, CW BBBW, Saison du Buff, Luchador and many more at G-Will Brooklyn Park.
