Anyone know if Bellaire still has bottles of Hi-Dilly-Ho and if it'll last for a bit?

In before "call them and find out".

I saw they posted what they are bringing to summer beer fest. Seems like an interesting list, look forward to trying a couple of them.

Heh, I'm hoping for the same thing. I'm keeping my fingers crossed a bottle or two gets left behind until I can make it.

Just downloaded the BeerFestList app the other day and checked it out. Looks like a lot of my favorite places are bringing the good stuff. For those interested, Short's is bringing:

    A Tribe Called Zest
    Bourbon Slow Jam
    Cat's Pajamas
    Compression
    Erraticus 4
    Gin and Juice
    Gitchy Gitchy Oh La La
    Kolsch 45
    Kwikriek
    Nicie
    Power of Love
    Psychedelic Cat Grass
    So the Saying Gose
    Strawberry Short's Cake
    Sweep the Leg Johnny
Tequila Barrel Aged Nectar De La Vida

Their bottle list is on their site and they are pretty on top of keeping it updated. Nothing is better than calling the pub directly, but their website is generally spot on.

I'd be very interested in getting a couple bottles. Not sure your location but I'm in Kzoo area. Would gladly send a label and thank you beers.

Quite a few changes to the release schedule, pretty bummed Richard in the Dirt is no longer going to be in 6 packs. Happy there is an open slot in December though....maybe Aorta can make a return.

Oh yeah and Dans Pink Skirt was added!

Dan's Pink Skirt!!! That's great news - as far as Shorts IPA's go in my opinion:

    Superfluid>Dan's Pink Skirt>Hopstache>Freedom of '78

Of course after drinking Kind Ale and Sticky Icky Icky this year I may have to change my rankings as I'm not as familiar with these ones. Either way Dan's Pink Skirt in the rotation is a nice surprise!

    Sticky will change your life.

And I'm totally disappointed that Richard is gonna be keg only. Hopefully some place around me will have it on tap, preferably a place that does growler fills. Is it an issue that not enough could be produced to justify a run in bottles or a cost issue?

Edit: Holy Shit! Just noticed PGGB is back! I'm not saying all is forgiven for pulling Richard, but some Pan Galactic goes a long way towards smoothing it over.

I actually thought of you when we made that change. I will make sure you get some! But as you said Pan Galatic was really in demand and we managed to get the hops we needed to get it done. Going forward there may be more changes and add ons, based on availability and how things go. There is also a chance certain beers cut may be available in future variety packs. Finally Aorta is currently penciled in for the late December slot but that is a ways out.

You're, sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. I appreciate your thoughts! The variety pack is good news and I'm definitely penciling in excitement for Aorta. That's on my must-try along with Richard, Bloody, OMGWTFBBQ, Peaches, Smores, Ecto, and Uber Goober. (it's, uh, a pretty long list)
