I believe all there bottles say 21 days. They will hold up just as well as any other hazy hop bomb does as long as its kept cold, so like 4-6 weeks? I'd say late March maybe fine.

Lol, I'm in that picture :-)

I've done 3 or 4 of the Cellarmaker releases and in each case I was able to show up right around opening and go inside first to have a couple samples. Then when I walk out after about an hour I only had to wait maybe 15 minutes for bottles.

This release was crazier due to the Trillium/OH names on the bottle. Beer was off the hook good!

Hey y'all, if anyone can provide updates on Mt Nelson availability today, I'd appreciate it. I won't be able to make it till maybe 5 so I don't wanna take the train to the city unless there's a good chance.

I'm thinking since it has already been released in bottles it should be around for a good while after the initial line, but this is the first bottle release I'm not attending so I'm worthless to you.

Next to no one showed up before the doors opened, maybe 30 people were waiting in line.

    Should last a while.

Looks like Cellarmaker still has bottles left. Limit 9pp.

Gotta say, yesterday was the chillest release. I sat for hours in the taproom just enjoying my time. With Juice Gymnastics, I couldn't wait to leave since it was so crowded and loud. It was elbow to elbow. This batch of Mt. Nelson feels a little too fresh, but I imagine it'll be perfect in a few days.

So no one's been chatting it up in these forums despite a few things:

Evil Spread - Evil Twin collab hazelnut imperial stout released at 14.7% ABV. Another batch to be aged in Maple Bourbon barrels and released at a later date.

Two lupulin powder beers released - Oils and Powders, Simcoe Sessions

Return of Boubon Barrel Aged Vastness

And what I'm looking forward to: Hop Stuff is on deck!

I did try the Evil Spread and the aroma is incredible. Unfortunately the taste didn't live up and does not hide its 14.7% one bit. I hate boozy flavors. I'm sure 6 months of aging will do it wonders, but it won't last that long.

Also, I opened up my first bottle of Mt Nelson. Really disappointed! It's dry as a bone, so I feel like it's not as well balanced as the last two times they brewed it. I guess you can really taste the Nelson Sauvin character, but I feel like the touch of sweetness from previous batches went a long way and was one of my favorite Cellarmaker beers. We'll see if time changes my perspective on my remaining bottles.

Yep, made a trip to CM last saturday just to try that Evil Spread. Had 2 pours warmed up and all, and I pretty much agree with you, you can smell the hazelnut, but the taste is much more subdued, you get sweet, and a little saltiness at the back, and some of that alcohol (which to me did not taste like 14.7), but I felt the hazelnut is lacking.

Looking forward to that BA version....

What are the best places nearby to grab some grub to-go to Cellarmaker?

Deli Board is solid if it's open whatever time you will be at CM
