This is how I roll, pastor Thx.

But I'll eat some "white mom tacos" though too(minus the flour tortillas).

That I will never understand...of course I don't even like ketchup on my burgers nor hot dogs.

Potato nuggets from Slavko's. Man. Brings back memories.

My wife and I headed down to the brewery Monday night to check it out. I was impressed by the space. Absolutely massive. Not crowded and had our choice of where to sit.
I got a taster of Popfuji and Dog Ate my Homework. My wife got a taster of Dig My Earth. Good brews.
I will say that I love the fact that I could walk in, go right to the fridge and pick up a 4 pack of whatever they had in cans.

Still waiting for Picnic Lightning to hit my LBS... they said last week that cans would be hitting shops around this time. Pretty excited to try this one, heard good things.

It's a very good beer that seems
to be flying under the radar. It's refreshingly juicy.

Maybe it's because they haven't advertised it as a hazy IPA or they're making enough to meet demand, who knows. I'm just happy it's 16 bucks a pack straight from the brewery.

Grabbed a case of Picnic last saturday and I'm almost out. This is the third time they've canned it and it's been very consistent.

Same here. Grabbed 3 4 packs of Picnic Lightning and 1 4pack of Popfuji on Sunday figuring that it was more than enough for a while. Already down to 2 cans of each. Had a pour of Dig My Earth also since I'm down to my last can of that. It was a really good beer on draft. Really like the space and the beer. Would like to see them add a few more taps in the future though.

For those Bay Area drinkers, there's still a couple cans left of Dig My Earth at Jackson Market in SF!

Glad my local shop (grape press) is now getting these beers.

Having some Picnic Lighting for the first time, I'm enjoying it. Best NEIPA available in stores IMO. Shout out to Whittier Liquor.

Picked up a couple packs of Picnic Lightning the other day, it is absolutely killer. Enjoying it more than I enjoyed Dig My Earth. I could easily see myself buying it on a consistent basis since it is one of their core releases it seems.

I'm interested in picking up a pack of Popfuji, but I'm not a huge pilsner fan and can't see myself shell out $20 for a 4-pack of a pilsner at my LBS. Anyone on here think it's worth it?

Oh, and does anyone else think BW has some of the best can art in the game right now? I am a sucker for their labels.

    No ability to grab singles?

I mean, I enjoyed Popfuji and believe it's a really good beer but you said you're not a fan of pilsners so I think you have your answer there.

Negative on the can art. OH and Pipeworks has some outstanding art on their cans. MT would be up there as well. I'm sure others will chime in on their favorites. Maybe another thread? I too prefer Picnic over Dig. But Dig is good too. I was almost confused with BW and cans. I relate BW with Beachwood. I thought for a second Beachwood has cans out. I almost came. :grimacing:

I love the can art. Adds a little intrigue for me at least.

I picked up some Picnic Lightning last Friday. I like the can art, and the aroma is great. I found the taste to be a bit thin and watery compared to the aroma. Is there some settling that goes on with these? I drank one from the can and the last bit was very bitter and astringent.

These cans are unfiltered, so when you throw some in the fridge you're essentially cold-crashing it. All the yeast and hop sediment naturally is going to settle to the bottom. I usually just leave a little bit in the bottom of the can so I don't drink the trub.

Or lay the can flat and roll with it.

Sometimes when I like to live life on the edge, I shake up the last bit of the can before pouring it into my glass and watch the floaties.
