    St Stefanus, of which I was a virgin until this afternoon.. Very good. I'm going to write a BA review. In short, a Belgian abbey, at 7% in the BSPA style. Recommended.

    It's a peach of a day, so . . .

    Attractive gold color with white cap.

    Aroma of slightly spiced peaches with a touch of floral in the background.

    Pleasant flavor of ripe peach backed by a touch of spiciness. Not really noticing much of malt, grain, or even the Golding hops which at 22 BU I would've expected at least a whif. This is not to say the flavor is off balance or anything, just that it's a peach infused brew and that's about it. Good peach flavor though, dry and nothing cloying which is hard to do considering the richness of peach generally is due in large part to sweetness.
