Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a hazy medium golden body with some fleeting lacing. Nose of tropical fruit (pineapple), citrus (orange), and slight pine. Taste is a bit different from the nose as the pine bitterness aspect comes forward producing a nice dry, approachable bitter finish. Nice feel and overall another unique IPA from Hinesburg, VT.

Finally Friday ... just limping into the weekend over here. Kicking the night off with a Schell's Pilsner in my newest Pilsner Urquell glass that I snagged from a thrift shop this week.

Moderate pour yields a one inch white head over a slightly hazy body with some lacing. Head dissipates down to a ring after a few minutes. Real nice nose of tropical fruit! Taste follows with a very unique lager-like flavor, sort of, due to the fruitiness and bitter IPA-like finish. Nice feel and overall, a very, very unique offering from Hinesburg, VT. Is it an IPL or maybe, dare I say a NEIPL?!?!?

Windmill Memes? Maymays? I've Heard it Both Ways Milkshake IPA with pineapple. This is still good, but I think the peach and mango versions are better. Not getting much pineapple, but lots of Simcoe and Mosaic dankness coming through with the lactose and slight vanilla sweetness.

It's delightful. Tons of rye, oak, smoke, dark chocolate, bitter espresso, raisins, walnut, where do I stop haha.

    Happy Friday!
I went the lager route this evening and it proved to be a beautiful decision:
...based on the label, it suggests a bit of age and it does:
...age has been very kind. As a matter of fact, this is drinking with absolute elegance.

Keeping with the lager theme, I call on one of my favorite hoppy beers...a DIPL if you will:

....freshness (flavor and aroma still going strong):

I wish all BA's a great weekend...looking forward to another HUGE contribution for WBAYDN and the upcoming NBS thread!

I thought the only things that Little Kings paired well with were all gone now. Either way. Not sure that math checks out. Thats only 189 oz of beer for 2 meat lovers.
