Cheers JackHorzempa (cool name btw), I've gone out and purchased a bottle of Mikkeller 1000 IBU and notwithstanding coming across some other more impressive brew this will no doubt be review #1,000 for me.

Thanks to everyone else for their suggestions!

Wow, beer #3,000 is going to be an epic beer, you might have to get a mortgage to afford it :stuck_out_tongue:

I've had Cantillon before (Lambic Bio) and it was great but not Earth shattering for me, plus bottles are extremely hard to get a hold of where I live and the going rate is $60 a bottle.

Cheers, man. Enjoy! For what it's worth, I rather enjoyed 1000 IBU. My bottle was a little older, so I think it mellowed things down a bit.

I thought that I had already ticked it. Turns out, nope. It will be filler on the way to 3k.

I'd suggest anything special you can get in Australia, but not in America. Really drop more than you would normally.

You can get Canadian Breakfast Stout in Australia but I can't get it in Canada?!

No I've never seen it here, once heard tell of KBS making it to our distant shores, but that was snapped up quicker than you could say "Pekwachnamaykoskwaskwaypinwanik Lake"... (perhaps if I wasn't trying to figure out how to say that I might have had time to get my hands on that KBS).

    Bake Kujira.

However, good luck securing a bottle.

I was going to say haha... The distribution of American craft here is already sparse enough. I was all set to be a little cross at Founders if you could get CBS down under
