$5 each. BA stuff is usually 5oz and other stuff is 10oz.

I took it the last two years. It ran out of the now-defunct Jak's Tap but it's the same shuttle company.

It's great. Yellow school bus. Lots of sharing on the way down. Drunks barfing into Binnys bags on the return trip. It's a good value, and they let me take a later return bus on the way home since I couldn't tear myself from Matt Pike and High on Fire.

I'll be on the 8am bus this year.

What time would you realistically have to be in line in th AM to be top 200 in the gates for the first handjee tapping? And is there a Pamplona style running of the bitch tits to get there ?

The recipe I posted is correct. Without getting in a long science debate, there is a glucose sodium cotransporter in the intestine which is responsible for the absorbtion of sodium, glucose, and water. In order for it to work, you need the right mixture of the three. Gatorade for example has too much glucose and not enough sodium.

Has anyone gotten an official word on if mead will be allowed? The FAQ says no wine or liquor...

For some reason I thought variants were $10 on draft last year. I may be mistaken, I was drunk. Are all pours $5?

This is correct. It's part of routine homeostasis and how our bodies absorb fluids via diffusion. I've done a bit more research and the formula you posted may help. It operates on the sodium causing water retention and the glucose aiding in the absorption. Honestly, I think the old fashioned method of regularly drinking water throughout the day, as much or more in the relation to beer intake, is easier and works really well. Eat some salty carb heavy food that will be ever present at DLD and boom, all good.

Mead is classified as wine in the state of Indiana so it is not allowed.

But people bring it in every year anyway, it's not like the bag checkers are experts on Indiana liquor laws or identifying bottles as mead after looking at them for 0.5 seconds

We definitively paid $10 for some variant pours last year. But I thought they were bigger than 5 oz....

yeah they responded that it should work just fine to exit to collect the guest. I think with the wristbands there should really be no need for the ticket holder to be with the guest. Especially since the guest can register the band independently from the ticket holder. But whatever....just ready to get this thing started!

I can't keep years straight but from what I recall it was $5 for a 6oz pour of BA stuff, $5 for a 12oz pour of non-BA stuff, but sometimes you get BA stuff in a full 12oz pour then it's $10.

Thanks, for whatever reason in years past they seemed non-committal to explicitly allowing that, and just kind of avoided the question by saying "Just enter together".

I think the reason they don't want the guest to enter on their own is because it makes it easier to re-sell it to some stranger, something they have been trying to prevent.
