I dont understand the description of this beer. What does "aged in bourbon barrels for one year and then aged on fresh bourbon barrels for one year" mean?
It was aged in bourbon barrels for a certain amount of time then transferred to another set of barrels and aged longer. This is more commonly referred to as double barrel aging but it’s typically done with two different types of barrels.
