    It's literally @WesMantooth 's job. He's a Polish Knob Polisher.

    It's a niche market.

Just ask him for his business card. It's a penis shaped pierogi.

+1 on the Naxos recordings assessment...

I'm particularly fond of their American Classic series as well as the guitar Laureate and Recital series...

Its Fri-yay and holy god this barn beer from Plan Bee Farm Brewery thanks to @TongoRad is incredible! Super dry, funky, tart, lemon all working perfectly together. All the hops, malt, and wild yeast are New York sourced. This is one of the best wild ales I've had in a LONG time. Thanks Tongo!

Heck yeah, I'll have to research those. I may have some stuff from the laureate series, gonna have to look. Thanks for the suggestions

Hop Butcher Elder Secrets of an Ancient Past DIPA (Vic Secret/El Dorado). Seems like they were going for a juice bomb on this one and they delivered. Full of pineapple juice, orange sherbet, tangerine, and ripe pear. Cheers!

One of Night Shift's brewers gifted this to me after it's release and I'm so glad I waited to open. Well, truth be told, I had this in a crisper drawer in the fridge for a couple/three years and forgot about it!!!

Apparently, time has done this beer good!
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a bright, light copper body with some lacing. Nose of citrus, sauvignon blanc grapes, and slight funk. As it warms, the funk gets funkier. Taste mirrors nose with a finish of a bit of honey. The grapes are predominate throughout the experience and this is fantastic paired with my salmon dinner. Nice feel of tiny bubbles akin to champagne. I would definitely have this again (if I could find another bottle!) Previous reviews have been putting down the higher abv, but these reviewers need to put their adult pants on and enjoy a well made wine barrel aged saison.

    Cheers!

    :beers:

    Thanks Craig!!!

Now sipping on my last old ruffian. Nothing gets me more than a good barleywine. Luckily for me my LBS has a couple three year old BA versions in stock.
