I just saw these today. I don't even remember the last time I even had an Enjoy By, but I think that streak's about to end .

Maybe they're hoping it will go out with an Independence Day BANG!

The 19.2 oz cans are just singles correct?

Why are they obsessed with Ibus? With the quick turnaround predicted, a hazy juicy brew could Be accomplished. They must hate $$$$

    It says 6pk of 12oz cans---perfect.

According to the article both formats will be available, and yeah the 19.2oz cans will be singles.

I've recently purchased a Founders Solid Gold in that sized can, and they were sold in the refrigerator case alongside all of the other large format single cans (Heineken, Sapporo, etc.). I'm guessing that now craft brewers are trying to gain a foothold in that section of the stores.

That's the norm these days out here with choices like Anchor, Dales, Fresh Squeezed, BFD, etc. It's a 19.2 oz trend.

I haven’t seen Enjoy By forever, it’s either not in distro right now or it doesn’t sell which would be hard to believe.

The can says Unfiltered IPA, and then the press release calls it both a double IPA and a triple IPA..."And like our unabashed enthusiasm for our country’s independence, this double IPA is unfiltered, delivering a truly uninhibited hop character. If you’ve been longing for the classic satisfaction of a West Coast triple IPA amidst the juicy, hazy and milkshake-y craze, then these 37 days are for you.".

    What is it?

Not hazy and a shell of what it once was. Maybe it is my palate but I had an awful hard time getting through the six pack. Sweet, boozy and harsh. I remember being blown away by this beer but I won’t bother anymore.

Damn. Maybe I'll start with a single then, myself. Thanks for the report.

I'm glad it's coming in a 19.2 because I gave up buying this in six packs, as I found by the second one I was usually over it. But if I saw a single or on draft I would usually try it and I would gladly purchase a 19.2, as I have been buying beers in this format and it has been working well for me.

I think they're also looking for stadium sales with that format

This and hoptimum and a lesser extent Waldo used to fit my palate well. 8-8.5 is my new threshold. I can deal with multiple sweet 6.8% hazy ipas. But there’s something about the ibus bringing a certain harshness. These big beers are no longer balanced.

I can still do big stouts but double ipas that emphasize ibus? Nope. It’s gotta be a WC thing I can no longer get down with.

I’ll buy a single like I have in the past and give it its fair share.

Melvin just came to my area. I found their apa and basic IPA much more drinkable and balanced compared to 2x4.

I think Enjoy By is great but at 9.4% in a 19.2 oz can, that just doesn’t seem responsible.

I’m guessing you never had BA ten fidy in the big format? It’s a one beer for the evening type of events.

I saw packs of this yesterday at my local Retail Beer Distributor. They were in the refrigerator right next to the packs of Stone Enjoy By 4.20.19.

    Cheers!

Surely some other Stone Enjoy By customer has done so over the past 54 days?

If I was a consumer of this beer I would indeed make the call.

It would be 'better' if the local Stone Brewing Co, sales rep removed it without me needing to do their job for them.

    Cheers!
