Really complex at least imo. Has a fantastic fruity yeast profile and the jammy raspberry and earthy raspberry seeds just add to it. Their Apricot Saison was more flavorful and in your face, but this one has character in spades. Really nice to ponder. Very good stuff coming out of White Elm's teat lately. Highly recommend. 4.22/5

I’m not a Bruce fan, but I’ll never forget two Bruce memories.

The first is seeing Bruce take the stage at old JFK Stadium in Philly during the 80’s and hearing 90,000+ Philly region faithful yelling Bruuuucccceeeee.

The second was seeing an old friend during 2019 in a studio in the West Side of Chicago belting out Atlantic City. After a few Pabst Blue Ribbons. Late at night.

Call me crazy, but that Chicago session runs round and round in my brain. What a tune.

At the Firestone Grill in Bakersfield CA, first up is Half Dome, a witbier from Tioga-Sequoia Brewing. Lots of orange flavors, nice summer beer, IMHO.

 

This is up there with the best dark Belgians for sure. Delicious

#2, can’t believe I’ve never had this before, this is Belching Beaver Peanut Butter Milk Stout. World class, IMHO. The peanut butter is complemented perfectly by the chocolate. It’s a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup in a beer. Just wow.

 

Canned yesterday and I just heard this will be a year 'round offering from just up the hill here in Vermont's most high falootin' winter wonderland! You can stay if you have money left; if not, there's the door!!!
