I love that it's 7.3%. I feel like that's a good abv to deliver taste while not being entirely overbearing. Ah, f*ck, who am I kidding. I love them all. Cheers.

I have a Large appreciation for French cooking and techniques from where I learned to cook. I’ve had many jobs but cooking was my day job for the past 5 years before this virus most recently. I’ve also made cassoulet at home which was such a pain in the ass.

glad I can bring back fond memories. That’s exactly why I love cooking. It’s such a part of life maybe even more so than people think.

Happy Anniversary! That looks like an awesome beer to celebrate with, hope to come across it myself one day soon.

    Cheers!

    That's what she said.

I hope you are able to get some rest and fully recover before returning back to work!

You dish looks incredible, can almost smell it several hundred miles away. I am trying a month of eating crustatarian before committing further. Taking baby steps learning to prepare a wider range of fruits and vegetables. Your appetizing food posts since your return to the board have really got me (and I am sure others) inspired to do more and reach a higher level of eating at home.

    Cheers and best wishes!!!

Pandemic happens, they start to blend beers first made for draft and low and behold, my glass is happy. Nothing wrong with that on a - I check the calendar - a Thursday night.

    Cheers.

Drekker Supreme Bee DIPA, 8% ABV. Pours hazy bright orange with a 3-finger white head that left heavy foamy lacing. Nose is honey. Taste is piney honey, lactose, slightly sweet, moderately bitter. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding.

Still coming down off a high from stain fumes. We got our decks stained today, and the fumes seemed to get sucked right into the house. Late afternoon is a blur. So now I'm adding to that...

Are you having to check the calendar, too? I find myself recalling dates over actual days of the week. Crazy.
