Bottom of the can stamped 04/10/20.
This was poured into a tulip, thinking it was a New England styled one. Hmmmm...well, here are the rest of my thoughts.
The appearance was a semi-cloudy burnt yellow color with a small white foamy head sliding off delicately. Some remnants of runny lace.
The aroma had a huge citrus and grapefuity rind bitterness playing with a little bit dankiness. Small onion semi-sweet character.
The flavor leaned slightly towards the bitter rind-citrusy side then followed into a subtle blend with the dankiness. Small aftertaste of citrusy bitterness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Plenty of normal AIPA bitter harshness invading but not overbearing. Good carbonation. Finishes semi-crisp with some grassy dry to citrusy bitter and piney tones.
Overall, pretty nice as an AIPA, not sure why I thought this was supposed to be a New England styled one but I must admit it's well worthy of coming back to.

16 oz. can.
04/10/20.
Moderate pour yields a one (+) inch white head over a hazy light golden body with some lacing. Nose of citrus and tropical fruit with some floral aspects as well. Taste mirrors nose nicely with grapefruit, slight pineapple, berries, and currants. Finishing crisp and delicious! Nice feel and overall a really great beer to help the hospitality industry people and a huge cheer to the benevolence of the people of Frost Beer Works!!!
