If they only made Cream Ale and Brown, I'd be fine with that, but a new lager is definitely welcome.

Newburgh very quietly puts out some very nice beers year after year, it just seems nobody cares to notice.

That for intel on Newburgh. Never heard of them before but I’ll add them to my radar search. What is their distribution footprint?

I've never seen them out of NY, and even then they're only in the Capital Region-Hudson Valley-NYC corridor for the most part.

We get Newburgh beers in SEPA (Philly area) but I too have never seen any of the Lager than Life series of beers.

Do you get Schilling beers in your area? I bought my first Schilling beer, the Czech Pilsner Alexandr a week ago. I discussed this beer in yesterday's NBW thread:

Yes I've had the pilsner, jaroslav and bona-fide. Thought they were all solid.

Yeah, "solid" is a good word for me as well to summarize Alexandr.

FWIW this will not be a repeat purchase for me. The four-pack was quite pricey ($15) and I can obtain locally brewed Pilsners of higher quality for significantly less. Earlier today I bought a six-pack/12 ounce cans of Sterling Pig Shoats Pilsner for less than 10 bucks.

    Cheers!
