3 days before a release they decide a beer is a few weeks/months from ready? Shouldn't you figure that out a few weeks/month before?

Not bitter, highly amused. Kuhnhenn reminds me of a small sporting goods store I work with - great guys, horrible business people - your order won't get filled unless you staple the P.O. to the owners forehead and he happens to walk in front of a mirror and notices there is a P.O on his forehead.

Wow. It's like you've been there before. It is literally exactly like that.

Okay, larger format makes sense for the higher price.

With the KRE, they have been telling people for a few weeks that it's not ready but they were waiting to the last minute before officially ruling it out.

Maybe they aren't psychic and were optimistic about it being ready. Ruling it out for their biggest event of the year before they have to seems like a bad business decision to me. It is just beer and the bulk of their customers dont live and die by what will be available .

At least now more peeps will be there for the party as opposed for the bottles.

I'm quite mad at you sir. I was trying not to drink until my vacation in 2 days but seeing this post "FORCED" me to pull a 2011 out and open it.
Zero signs of infection. So rich and bourbony. Like liquid candy.

    Absolutely perfect.
Were you drinking this with sweet tarts or something that affected your palate??

Oh well my 4 days of sobriety ended prematurely.

    Not really mad:wink:

They only accept gold bullion so if you don't have any you can only get draft beer.

Expecting the worst and trying to cover more people or is there just not as much as last year?

Hmmm... maybe the want to make it last in to the summer again?

I have had an occasional one go bad but usually in the 3-5 year old range. All of my D, 0 Dark Heathen, vintage from last year have been good so far.

You wont be disappointed with the braggot. You wont be standing at the end of the night either. I havent had the bb solar but expecting that will be excellent as well.

I wish my clients enjoyed the same increase in margin that beer releases have been lately. 14.2% bump in BB4D price, oh the elasticity of demand for vices.

Bb4d was $7 Btl last year. No change.
