    I'm not saying that anyone needs to do this, but if you ordered anything from Hair of the Dog in honor of Alan's retirement, you should try a 1:1 cuvee of Straight Jacket with Cherry Adam from the Wood. Or Deth's Tar, they both make a delightful blend.

    there a lot left. $60/box is a lot to swallow.

    also, la petite Deth is terrible. Like, I can’t believe they are charging premium for that beer.

    it tastes like a bad BA beer from your local suburban brewery that no one has heard of.

    Sorry I wasn’t clearer. Lineup looks awesome. Black barleywine in wine barrels? That’ll get us into some interesting discussions here. Speaking of which, we can continue the Vanilla Deth debates about how much vanilla is expected but with coconut this time! My only mild disappointment is seeing Currants return (good beer!) instead of something new. But maybe the fruited options were played out? I would’ve liked some sort of new attempt. Maybe even blueberry? Where my Blue Gene heads at?!?
