I'd be leery of old bottles. There's no date codes on those, and they don't exactly fly off the shelves.

Gravity cask of Kvasnicové Pivo (latest iteration) at each location for Father’s Day…

Just a FYI, my bro signed up for 3 months of shipping over a year ago and has received 12 beers every month. I'm sure he's not the only one.

Appreciate the heads up. We can't find anyone who is in this situation. Maybe your bro could let us know, and be a stand up guy.

German Afternoons and the Hef were tasting fantastic and spot on yesterday. Good to see a lot of folks drinking Hefeweizen on a June afternoon (before we turned the clock back to spring).

Today will be a Rotbier kinda day.

Agreed, had both on Friday night, just excellent on a warm almost summer night.

Wow! I'm amazed it was still available after 3.5 hours. I originally had planned to finally try it yesterday but ended up with another conflict. Had I seen this earlier, I could probably still make it... Next time...

This is the first time since they started the “one cask per,” special release I was able to make it. I was actually just stopping by to get a crowler of the red lager and they were out of crowlers. Beer is funny sometimes.

Man, Notch being right down the road from the new Roadrunner venue is not too freaking shabby at all. That outside area is really pleasant now that the other businesses are open and the weather has warmed up a bit too.

Both the Red and the English IPA were amazing new-to-me beers. Was hoping the mild would still be on.

For some reason I couldn't stop chuckling about the instructions on the Kolsch placard: Order it by the Kranz!! Sounds like a phrase out of the "embiggens" episode of the Simpsons somehow.

Cool to learn what it was though!

Sounds like a lot of the supplies are depleted right now. They were out of crowlers, bags, Czech mugs for retail. The supply chain is really messing with our enjoyment of Notch.

The Rotbier is no joke. It is really freaking good. I did try the cask. It was kind of a weird day in the taproom. I would've expected a lot more folks there for Father's day. There was a good amount of groups (in addition to the large D&D crew). The weather was a little meh at the beginning but by the time I left, it was really nice. Anyway, it was really weird how long the cask lasted. No line of beer nerds waiting to get a pour at open.
