    Anyone having trouble ordering this besides me? Checkout page won’t load. Halftime tech support not real helpful. Won’t let me order over phone. Very frustrating. Would love to order but after repeated attempts on different devices and different browsers I’m about ready to give up

    Have you tried checking out as guest? I've had issues in the past where I couldn't checkout while logged in and it took ages for tech support to resolve but I could bypass the problem by checking put as a guest.

    If trying as a guest doesn't work, try clearing your cache/cookies, relaunching, and trying again. And make sure cookies are enabled/allowed.

    Update: Mark at Adroit Theory confirmed that we're getting Eat the Rich (Ghost 1306). It's a new batch being brewed exclusively for this box + their taproom.

    I'm in. First time I've done a box from BA, because of timing in the past, but what the heck, a great way to bust out of my planned (we'll see about that!) Dry-uary. Then I just blow it up after I get this box. Perfect.

    For those who had this issue, their system does not take the -xxxx after the generic zip code specifier, so just use your five digits on zip code. That's it... Hope that helps; I encountered that issue. C'mon now! Order up!

    I already had an account from the Extreme Beer box and had an issue checking out. What I discovered was that you need to check your account details to make sure the address/shipping information is complete and the credit card info is up to date. When I fixed those issues I had no trouble checking out.

    There is a bug in their system that causes the checkout process to freeze if there is missing/incorrect data in your profile. Some code needs to be written that prompts you to make any necessary fixes.

    Hope this discovery helps others.

    Reach out to them; I was able to do this for the first EBF box last year and they refunded me the shipping cost

    This was an option with previous boxes, but it's not this time around; as per the FAQ. Can't hurt to reach out to them though.
