'11 BCBS (2nd Release)

    I've searched the forums and haven't been able to come up with anything new. Last I heard GI had talked about releasing a 2nd round of BCBS. Is this still the case? If so, any news on a time frame? If I'm not mistaken, I was thinking it was to occur sometime soon. Thanks for any insight!

    I talked to a rep. from Goose Island, and he said not till April or May. With my experiance with these guys, it always seems to get pushed back.

    They estimated March but I guess it isn't ready yet. Should be out soon™.

    Goose island is the Blizzard of beer.

    Well they sold a new batch of spent Bourbon County Stout Barrels about 4 weeks ago so it should be relatively soon.

    I wish they would just do a brewery release. I would wait in line for 6-10 hours if it meant I was able to buy multiple 4 packs.

    I talked to a rep for the GI distributor in Milwaukee a couple weeks ago, he told me June 1.

    My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris drop off a 4 pack of BCS at 31 Flavors last night.

    If this is true I think they should have just let it remain in the barrels a few more months. Who wants to drink bourbon county during the summer?

    I was also told this. When it came around to February, when the next batch was rumored, Indiana just got a few more cases of the bottles dated 11/11/11.
