That's how I felt with Busch Light Apple, but there were 29 extra cans to contend with.

    Looking great Mike!

Thank so much. I really enjoyed this song, especially the guitar and drum playing. This was a great session!

    Agreed

Sorry about your friend's passing. Always very tough, even when unexpected. Love and appreciate you and the other great folks who hang at our bar and several other places within BA.

Had kind of crap day today but I at least I have one thing to make up for it--after scouring three or four liquor stores, I finally found that had one last pack of Ruination. I don't know why this beer was such a struggle for me to find in Denver; I don't know if it was super popular and just sold out immediately, or if the Denver metro didn't get a large allotment to begin with. Whatever the case, I'm glad I finally found some.

I honestly don't remember if it tastes as good as it originally did, but it is good!. Crisp and snappy, nice biscuity malt, restrained sweetness that belies its abv, grapefruity and piney, and a nice medium-plus bitterness. It definitely hits the spot.

Yet another new offering from Foam Brewers.

    16 ounce can.
    Canned on 03/02/23.

Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one and a half inch slightly off white head over a medium-dark amber-gold body with sticky lacing.

Nose initially exhibits mostly pine and a bit of citrus, but after warming, notes of sweet citrus come forward.

Taste mirrors nose closely with a bit of pine resin at the finish.

Nice feel with a fairly full body and medium carbonation.

Overall, a nice stab at a West Coast IPA and would recommend to any and all hopheads.

    Cheers!

Einbecker Brauherren Pils (unfiltered version). Served with incredibly proper barware by the fine folks at Sleeping Village in Chicago. The beer list here really puts other music venues to shame...

Good evening, fellow Advocates! It's been a long time since I purchased any thrift-store glassware. That was a conscious choice, since I'm up to my eyeballs in it already. But when I ran across this crystal goblet at Goodwill this afternoon, it was a no-brainer. It is nearly identical to the Oleg Cassini signature goblet I found at TJ Maxx a couple of years ago, except for the color on the indentation at the base. Beautiful and ergonomic, fits perfectly in the hand, and the thin rim makes it a pleasure to drink out of. Best part? Two bones out the door. I'm test-driving it with this Odell Myrcenary, and I can say it handles beautifully. Cheers!

One and done. UPA - Upper Peninsula Ale. Compliments of @beergoot . This one got lost in the fridge! Excellent pale ale.

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a semi-transparent orange with a good inch of fluffy head. The nose is orange creamsicle, bread, honey, floral, and a bit grainy.

The taste is fantastic. Tons of orange creamsicle. Wow. Vanilla, honey, marmalade, peaches, and bread. Lovely. Almost no hops detectable.

Mouthfeel is light, with a nice semi-sweet aftertaste.
