Favorite Brewery Name (2023)

Alchemist is a good name, along with Deschutes, Samuel Adams, and Rainier for a mass market beer. Vicious Mosquito, Ichthyosaur, Fat Tire, Dip Net DIPA, and Torpedo are some of the best beer names.

 

As a proud Californian, New Albion! I even tried it a time or two as a youngster.

 

Yeah it’s the flagship brew of Great Basin Brewing here in Reno. Ichthyosaur is the state fossil of Nevada.

 

Finest kind.

 

Revision still doesn’t have the distribution that Great Basin has, but they’re growing. I think they stopped shipping beers direct to consumers so not sure what’s going on with that.

 

And now I need to find out if every state has a state fossil and, if so, what they are

 

great film. I remember finding it because El-P sampled a lot of the dialogue and sound effects on Funcrusher Plus.

 

Favorite brewery names are

-Woven Water
-Human Robot

both are great breweries, brands.

One brewery name that I always thought was a little bit strange was Angry Chair, until I actually went there and then it all made sense. And their beer was amazing to boot.

I don't know the story of the brewery itself but the name makes me think I get an idea. Side Project. I love it.

 

No idea if they named it after the Alice In Chains track, but probably my favorite Florida brewery. They’re most well known for stouts, but they do every style really well.
