I had a glass of Allagash Interlude on NYE and thought the Farmhouse and Brett yeast strains were an AWESOME combo. What are some other Sour Saisons you guys would recommend?

Southampton Peconic but it might be even harder to acquire than the one Brett just pictured. (Unless it gets made again.)

Not sure if you are specifically only looking for sour saisons (as opposed to saisons using brett and/or wild yeast), but here is a list of relatively easy to get brett/wild yeast saisons that are pretty good:
Victory Helios (for $3-4 a bomber, this is great)
    Anything Jolly Pumpkin
    Fantome Saison
Goose Island Sofie (though I didn't particularly like the most recent vintage, maybe it needs time)
Boulevard Saison Brett (which we should get in GA upon its release this year)
    Grassroots Wachu Saison

That should be a good start for you.

Batch 4 Arthur is not nearly as tart as batch 3.

I know Tired Hands in PA has made a few of them. Ooey Gooey being one of them. I wish they would bring that one back.

I just reviewed Iron Hills, Oak Aged Saison De Sorachi. I would call this a "sour" saison. Lots of wild yeast in there to make it fun.

    Cheers!

Not sure on the exact batch numbers, but I agree that the current batch of Arthur is really dialed back on the sourness. The last couple batches before that were quite tart though, particularly the "blue label" Arthur.

I just had HF Vera Mae and really loved the tartness in that one.

Ive had a super funky CCB Guava Grove that was phenomenal.

Every time I walk into the Parrothead in Shelby, OH they just pour me a Sofie because that shit is amazing.

Just because I really got zero tartness out of it. There is a nice earthiness thanks to the Brett, but that's about it for me. Just giving the OP a contrary opinion.
