First time using a wire rack in a baking pan to cook the chicken in the convection oven. They look less fatty and crispier than the typical cooking methods.

First time in a while I’ve had a Sunday morning stout

Trillium Irish Stout
Similar to a Guinness stout but not as thin tasting, roasted malt is stronger and it’s a bit dryer. I like it.

An “old school” American Imperial IPA with a big blast of the newer school flavor (new “tropical fruit” hops, mostly).
