Beer advocate still needs a review!

 

Just picked up my two bottles from France 44! Liquor Barrel Miracle Mile is expecting it today too.

 

Limit is Six. I picked up two. Still some left but they thought they'd sell out today.

 

How much at France 44?

 

19.99$ at haskells in Minnie and 20.99$ at F44.

 

Stuff is overpriced.

And I'm not so sure about overpriced... if it was Syx then yeah, that price would be a bummer. Shit's legit though.

 

Picked up my 2 at Blue Max over lunch. One for the cellar and one to enjoy!

 

Maybe i'm just cheap but for $20 Darkness and Hunahpu's are reasonable...for a Belgian strong i'm not so sure. Would love to check out the taproom with you and I'll probably end up grabbing a few bottles.

I am really curious as to what the majority of people would actually be willing to trade for it.
I really can't see a lot of interest.
Of course, I'm probably wrong.

 

I'd rather have a Bret Belgian strong over some imp stout. But I would also rather have a good, 4%abv barrel aged Saison over all that. Different strokes for different folks dude. The style you find boring may tweak my nipples, I'll happily pay the dolla bills.

 

Wish they'd just release a "special" imperial stout for their anniversary beer. Or a special, one time DIPA? They seem to be getting more and more exotic....and I buy less and less.

 

And I on the other hand wish they would do something different, I've had all of their lineup, aside from Surly 2 and 3. Give me new beer! Preferably good new beer.
