It seems possible for CCB to reach out to other breweries to get some feedback and help in planning and executing this event, rather than just scap it all together. While not the same scale events, the Bruery has had its share of problems with events, and instead of just eliminating events altogether, they sought feedback from patrons and worked on improving each sequential experience for everyone involved.

Ive been the last 2 years and if it would have actually been 3500 it would have been a huge success.

I wasn't there, but to me it sounds like the main issue was that far more than 3500 attendees showed up which more or less caused a chain reaction leading to most all the issues. Is this a fair statement? I'm not saying it excuses any guest's behavior or any reported behavior or decisions by CCB staff/volunteers though. Did CCB sell more than 3500 tickets? Did people sell fake ones or print several off? I feel "Where did all these extra tickets/people come from?" is the question that needs to be answered.

Dude I was there last year when it was 9000 people and this year felt like there was at least 7000 people there this year. People definitely printed duplicate tickets but what got me is how do you have enough dated wrist bands for 7000 people for a 3500 person event? If only the 3500 people who actually bought tickets were inside then it would have been a huge success but it was entirely understaffed for that many people.
